Equipment Lease Agreement:

After payment, customer must complete and sign the Equipment Lease Agreement prior to pick up.

Cancelation Policy:

Cancel at least 72 hours prior to the start of your rental and receive a 75% refund.

Cancel between 48 – 72 hours prior to the start of your rental and receive a 50% refund.

Cancel between 24 – 48 hours prior to the start of your rental and receive a 25% refund.

No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of the start of your rental.

No refunds for same day bookings.

A no-show is the same as a Renter cancellation without notice.
