What’s included with delivery?
Delivery is a great option for those who are unable to tow themselves. When we deliver a travel trailer to you and it is remaining stationary, it eliminates the need to purchase the daily insurance or provide an insurance binder. Upon delivery we will level, stabilize and connect your trailer to any utilities that your campsite provides. You can expect to have a thorough walk through of all the trailers features and amenities. The day of pick-up we will break the trailer down so you can focus on your personal belongings and nothing more. If you need to head out early, no problem, let us know ahead of time and we will leave you with a lock box to leave the keys in after locking the trailer up so you can head out.
Do I need to dump the tanks?
Yes. Unless you select prepaid dumping at checkout you are responsible for emptying the grey and black tanks.
How does insurance work?
For all travel trailer deliveries that will be stationary there is no need to purchase insurance. For all other rentals there is a per day rate that is paid directly to our commercial insurance provider MBA Insurance. The insurance cost will not be reflected in your cart at check out. Rates varies based on the model. You can find each trailers daily rate on their description page. For those that can receive a temporary insurance binder from their auto insurance company we will provide the necessary RV specific information to your insurance company for the binder. We will also need documented confirmation from your insurance binder stating the limits and coverage provide. For binders on drivable units full Comp, Collision, and Liability will need to be provided.
What happens if I damage the trailer?
Breaking something is never fun, especially when it is something that belongs to someone else. We know our renters work hard to take care of the RV’s while out on their trips but we also know accidents happen. We do not want you to ruin your trip with worry. If you break something, the sooner we know the better! If you break something simply give us a call or text, let us know what is broken and provide pictures if possible. This way we can start looking for the most cost efficient repair before you even return. No one wants to pay dealership prices and down time if they don’t need to. Letting us know before you return allows us a head start to get replacement parts in and repairs done before the next trip begins. We will always choose to fix it oursleves to save time and money before going to a dealership. This means a smaller cost to the renter and faster turn around for us!
What is the pet policy?
While we love all animals, we know that not many of them make great camping companions that is why the only pets we allow in the units are dogs. We do have a two pup per RV limit to minimize the potential for damages caused by overcrowding.
